What you will do

• Define and drive AI security strategy across model development and deployment.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks, including model integrity, prompt injection, and misuse.
• Establish secure design principles and guardrails for AI-enabled systems.
• Design identity, access, logging, and integrity controls for AI platforms.
• Lead threat modelling, design reviews, and key security initiatives.
• Influence firm-wide AI governance and risk strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Security Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML security (adversarial threats, model integrity, supply chain).
• Experience securing large-scale software or ML systems.
• Deep understanding of modern ML architectures and workflows.
• Must have full right to work status in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• MSci or MEng in Computer Science or an equivalent field of study.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working at an AI Lab or FAANG companies.
• Advanced degree or specialized study in AI/ML Security.
