What you will do

• Build and lead a world-class network security team from the ground up.
• Develop technical and strategic roadmaps for securing HPC data center environments.
• Act as the primary expert for NGFW, NAC, EDR, SIEM, and related security technologies.
• Influence engineering teams to integrate security best practices into infrastructure design.
• Manage vulnerability scanning and exposure management programs.
• Implement edge security controls including ZTNA and secure web gateways.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas, United States
• Proven experience securing data center, HPC, or large-scale bare-metal infrastructures.
• Deep technical knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and secure network architecture.
• Demonstrated experience managing vulnerability scanning or exposure management programs.
• Experience with edge security technologies like ZTNA and secure web gateways.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
