• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance core backend systems for Product Analytics.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and collaborate with frontend and platform teams to align with product goals.
• Collaborate with core platform teams to customize storage and query solutions.
• Mentor team members and foster a strong engineering culture focused on customer needs.
• Perform hands-on coding, design reviews, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in designing and building distributed systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in Go, Java, or SQL.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule.
• Ability to act as a technical leader and influence direction without direct management authority.
• Experience using and refining output from AI coding tools in daily workflows.
