What you will do

• Cultivate, negotiate, and expand high-impact relationships with app developers to forge business partnerships.
• Utilize data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of hirify.global solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential.
• Collaborate with developers to improve advertising campaign performance and troubleshoot monetization stacks.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, prioritize accounts, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Liaise with internal technical and operations teams to resolve publisher-focused technical queries.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting.
• Fluent English proficiency required to build convincing arguments from complex data.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and client management skills with a data-driven approach.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Must be based in Berlin for onsite presence at the office.

Nice to have

• Proven experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing.
• Experience working at or founding a start-up.
• Technical affinity, such as Excel expertise or computer science knowledge.
