What you will do

• Coordinate site and operational activities throughout the clinical study lifecycle.
• Review, process, and monitor all study-related data received from sites, resolving discrepancies.
• Manage site communications, generate reports, and verify accuracy before distribution.
• Perform day-to-day IQC activities and ensure data is maintained according to SOPs and protocols.
• Assist in site qualification and schedule logistical and technical trainings for site personnel.
• Support Project Managers with administration, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Associate/Bachelor’s degree in bioscience, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Proficiency with PC-based computers and standard software packages (Word, Excel, databases).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical trials processes and good clinical practices (GCP) is preferred.
