What you will do

• Monitor and triage the IT ticketing queue to ensure efficient request distribution.
• Administer core corporate tools including Bitwarden, Dropbox, and email signatures.
• Escalate and resolve high-priority service tickets to maintain service delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear updates.
• Create and organize technical documentation and knowledge-base articles for staff and users.
• Research and test AI tools to enhance enterprise IT productivity and automation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program with co-op/internship eligibility.
• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 environments, specifically Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional documentation.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and a desire to participate in pilot applications.
