What you will do

• Own engineering standards by driving architectural improvements, code quality, and performance/reliability for large-scale systems.
• Lead system design and architecture decisions, including design reviews and RFC processes.
• Develop Go-based microservices and RESTful APIs for threat detection, case management, and incident response workflows.
• Deliver end-to-end technical initiatives across projects, from individual execution to team collaboration.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to design and implement solutions.
• Contribute to AI-powered capabilities (LLM integration, agentic workflows, intelligent analyst tooling) and participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years building and operating distributed systems or cloud-native services at scale in production.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, RESTful patterns, and multithreading concepts.
• Proficiency building and scaling resilient, low-latency production services using Go, Python, Java, C++, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS or GCP).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels, with an ownership and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to translate complex/ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions and deliver on schedule.
