What you will do

  • Win new business and own the full sales cycle from first call to close.
  • Act as a product expert, guiding prospects through trials, evaluations, and rollouts.
  • Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Lead multi-threaded sales cycles across Engineering, Product, Security, Procurement, and Legal.
  • Quantify value with clear ROI cases tied to developer productivity and AI adoption.
  • Influence the product roadmap by providing actionable customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in tech sales (developer tools, technical SaaS, or emerging tech).
  • Consistent track record of landing new logos and exceeding quotas.
  • Proven hunter mentality with experience in outbound prospecting and creative sourcing.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and sell to technical stakeholders (ICs to CTOs).
  • Fluent business level German, Dutch, French, or Swedish.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
