What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of customers to design and deploy GenAI solutions.
• Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value GenAI applications.
• Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance and building hands-on prototypes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product teams.
• Contribute to open-source resources and technical documentation to scale best practices across customers.
• Codify knowledge to help the Solutions Architecture team scale impact across industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or traditional machine learning systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for building prototypes.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to executive and practitioner audiences.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
