Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base

What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, and users.
• Identify and pitch new integration opportunities for stETH and stVaults via various channels.
• Manage the complete account lifecycle from initial outreach to signed commercial agreements.
• Coordinate collaborations independently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Source and propose incentives to support protocol adoption and growth expansions.
• Monitor daily news and developments in DeFi and TradFi.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in growth or integration roles within blockchain or TradFi.
• Proven track record of managing partnership pipelines from exploration to completion.
• Multi-year experience using onchain products.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum staking products (liquid staking, restaking, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
