What you will do

• Set up clients on new and existing banking channels and products, coordinating the end-to-end administrative process.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal regional colleagues and departments via email to provide request updates.
• Process and validate data within internal software to ensure all necessary information is gathered and entered correctly.
• Analyze current workflows to suggest and propose the elimination of manual process steps.
• Collaborate with Channel Support and Data Entry teams in Bratislava and local branches.
• Participate in strategic team activities, including the organization and distribution of daily work.

Requirements

• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• At least one year of relevant professional experience.
• Technical PC skills and proficiency.
• Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
• Experience in finance, banking, or master data administration is a distinct advantage.
