What you will do

• Produce high-impact social content, transforming complex financial topics into clear and engaging narratives.
• Create authentic, smartphone-first "talking to camera" videos and short-form creator content.
• Manage daily community interactions across social channels to strengthen customer relationships.
• Plan and optimize organic social campaigns to increase reach and brand trust within the financial sector.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and compliance stakeholders to ensure content accuracy.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare actionable reports to refine content strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media and content creation.
• Ability to translate banking and financial topics into relatable, human social formats.
• Must be based in Austria (Salzburg or Vienna).
• Proficiency in English as the main working language.
• Skill in producing high-performing smartphone-first video content.
