TL;DR

Location: Must be based in California or Georgia. Role is Hybrid.

Salary: $161,000–$214,650 per year.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement workplace strategies aligned with business objectives and hybrid work models.
  • Lead space planning, design, and allocation to maximize efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, safety, and emergency preparedness.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, budgets, and cost optimization.
  • Champion programs that enhance employee wellbeing and experience in both physical and remote settings.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Security, and Finance to integrate workplace technology and policies.

Requirements

  • Must be located in California or Georgia.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or workplace operations.
  • Proven ability to manage real estate portfolios across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset for analyzing occupancy, utilization, and cost metrics.
  • Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
