What you will do

• Shape and uphold a cohesive visual framework and brand identity.
• Create high-quality visual assets for email, the website, onboarding, and research materials.
• Translate strategy and copy into compelling visual narratives.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with rapid, agile execution.
• Iterate designs based on engagement data, A/B tests, and user behavior.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to amplify creativity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic, brand, or digital designer in an agency or startup.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, craft, and commercial impact.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to execute motion graphics to elevate visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail regarding layout, hierarchy, and typography.
• Proactive communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional team.
