What you will do

• Support day-to-day influencer campaign management from creator identification to content review.
• Conduct strategic creator research and outreach to ensure diverse and relevant recommendations.
• Manage campaign administration including brief uploads, content organization, and payment tracking.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators and talent management agencies.
• Compile data and insights for end-of-campaign reports to demonstrate value.
• Maintain clear communication with the line manager regarding campaign progress and potential issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to commute for hybrid work.
• Strong passion for influencer marketing and the creator economy.
• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain productive relationships internally and externally.
