TL;DR

Revenue Growth Specialist (Hospitality SaaS): Driving the adoption of Dynamic Revenue Plus (DR+) through consultative upselling to existing hotel customers with an accent on leveraging deep hotel revenue management expertise to deliver value-driven demonstrations. Focus on managing the end-to-end sales cycle and educating hoteliers on optimal pricing strategies to improve profitability.

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain) β€” 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Perform consultative upselling to existing customers to initiate discussions regarding revenue management strategies and commercial goals.
  • Conduct data-driven product demonstrations to articulate how DR+ improves yield and delivers strong ROI.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial qualification and discovery through negotiation to contract closing.
  • Educate hoteliers on best practices in pricing and distribution to remove reliance on manual spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to refine the Go-to-Market strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong background and proven track record in operational hotel revenue management.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ambition to transition from an operational role into a B2B SaaS commercial environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Must be based in Barcelona for hybrid office attendance (3 days/week).
