Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain) β 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Perform consultative upselling to existing customers to initiate discussions regarding revenue management strategies and commercial goals.
- Conduct data-driven product demonstrations to articulate how DR+ improves yield and delivers strong ROI.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial qualification and discovery through negotiation to contract closing.
- Educate hoteliers on best practices in pricing and distribution to remove reliance on manual spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to refine the Go-to-Market strategy.
Requirements
- Strong background and proven track record in operational hotel revenue management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ambition to transition from an operational role into a B2B SaaS commercial environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Must be based in Barcelona for hybrid office attendance (3 days/week).
