What you will do
- Define and manage product and process planning milestones to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Monitor performance through KPIs, identify potential risks, and implement preventive actions.
- Manage the risk change matrix by analyzing gaps and coordinating corrective actions across departments.
- Lead quality and development reviews as the primary interface between functions, suppliers, and the project team.
- Support the deployment of APQP processes including FMEA and validation plans.
Requirements
- Engineering Industrial degree required.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating APQP processes.
- French: B2 minimum required.
- English: B2 minimum required.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in Li-ion battery cell manufacturing.
