Junior Affiliate Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify and hunt for new affiliates daily.
• Process incoming leads and manage existing affiliate relationships.
• Coordinate payouts and monitor for fraudulent activities.
• Handle affiliate inquiries and provide ongoing support.
• Collect and report affiliate feedback to the Team Lead.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and meet-ups.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Russian required.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with agencies and affiliate networks.
• Must be able to work on-site in Limassol.

Nice to have

• Experience in Forex or financial verticals.
• Background in marketing, sales, or customer support.
