What you will do

• Oversee large and complex Strategic Advisory Services engagements for diverse industry segments.
• Manage day-to-day operations and serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coach, mentor, hire, and develop a team of high-performing security consultants.
• Develop and maintain tools, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and work with Sales teams to scope new customer engagements.
• Act as the first point of escalation for any issues arising in service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in team leadership, security management consulting, or security program development.
• Proven expertise in security analysis, organizational risk frameworks, and cybersecurity policy development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with executive-level management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to engage with clients, often on short notice.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, or a related field (or equivalent military/work experience).
