Relativity Archiving Analyst: Managing the lifecycle of eDiscovery data by vetting, archiving, and purging Relativity workspaces and file shares with an accent on data integrity and system restoration capabilities. Focus on utilizing Relativity ARM, documenting archiving processes, and collaborating with legal teams to ensure compliance and efficient storage management.

Location: Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance. Role is hybrid/remote based in the US.

Salary: $74,741.33 – $101,434.66 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with DOJ management and legal teams on data disposition strategies.
• Archive legacy file shares and full Relativity workspaces using ARM.
• Manage the archiving of images, native files, text, and metadata in flat formats.
• Document user interfaces and archiving procedures for management approval.
• Evaluate and resolve technical issues related to the archiving process.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior.
• Proven experience in archiving and restoring Relativity workspaces.
• Strong knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or management information systems.
• Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning, and modeling.
