What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software systems for Generative AI applications.
• Collaborate with data science teams to translate cutting-edge models and LLMs into production-ready solutions.
• Optimize algorithms and workflows to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Construct and maintain data pipelines, contributing to the training and automation of LLM lifecycles.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor other engineers.
• Research and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard Generative AI systems against threats.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• Prior work experience with big data and microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python.
• Experience building and deploying scalable, distributed systems in cloud environments like AWS.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Go, AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Language Models, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
• Prior experience in cybersecurity or intelligence fields.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
