What you will do

• Respond to inquiries from the mortgage lending industry and the public regarding FHA guidelines.
• Utilize knowledge databases to provide accurate information and resolve client requests.
• Follow established standard operating procedures for various contact channels.
• Document all interactions accurately within the internal database.
• Stay current on evolving FHA mortgage processes and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including credit check and background investigation.
• At least two years of experience with FHA loans or three years of experience with conventional/government-backed loans.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and search applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
