Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid; must be based in one of the following US offices: Menlo Park, New York, Chicago, Denver, Westlake, or Washington DC (in-person 3+ days/week)

Salary: $150,000 – $225,000 USD (base pay varies by location zone)

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists to address customer needs.
• Establish a product vision and shared priorities aligned with customer needs and company goals.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, and finance stakeholders to ensure robust product builds.
• Manage the end-to-end execution from concept to launch, iterating based on defined success metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years (7+ preferred) of direct product management experience building consumer products.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a high sense of urgency and speed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the specified US offices.
