What you will do

• Draft, review, and provide legal advice on commercial contracts, including Merchant Agreements, PSP, and Card Scheme agreements.
• Ensure business operations comply with laws and regulations issued by the Bank of Thailand (BOT), AMLO, and other relevant authorities.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, including AML/CFT, KYM/CDD, and Sanctions Screening frameworks.
• Liaise with regulators on licensing applications, regulatory filings, and audits.
• Provide legal guidance to business teams on payment operations and new product launches.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure cross-jurisdictional legal alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• 5–8 years of experience in Legal & Compliance, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or Payment sectors.
• Strong expertise in Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations and AML/CFT requirements.
• Proven experience in reviewing commercial and technology-related contracts.
• Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
