Account Executive (Higher Education, German Speaking)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London and able to commute to the office 1-2 times a week

What you will do

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution for a portfolio of universities within the DACH territory.
• Foster relationships with university administration, faculty, and students to ensure successful campus-wide deployments.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive MAU growth and long-term engagement.
• Utilize data analysis to identify usage patterns and inform future product and marketing strategies.
• Drive retention and engagement by iterating on lifecycle strategies for identified institutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required for engaging with stakeholders across the DACH region.
• English fluency is essential for internal collaboration and communication.
• Proven experience in the Higher Education market and understanding of university-wide technology deployments.
• Strong sales expertise with a focus on education software solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to move from strategic planning to implementation and project delivery.
