TL;DR

Manager, Corporate Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading and coaching a team of Corporate Account Executives to drive new logo business and meet revenue targets with an accent on cybersecurity market expertise and sales cycle management. Focus on developing high-performing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and leveraging channel partnerships to expand market presence.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to North Sydney, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 7-8 Corporate Account Executives to meet monthly ACV targets.
  • Act as an executive sponsor and customer advocate during complex sales cycles.
  • Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with Sales Engineering and Channel teams.
  • Drive operational rigor in forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM data integrity.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent to ensure high performance.
  • Analyze territory and customer data to optimize sales execution and close rates.

Requirements

  • Must have professional experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle B2B sales, specifically selling to technical audiences (IT, Security, Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of Cloud, SaaS, and IT Operations environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in front-line sales leadership and team management.
  • High proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and data analysis platforms (Clari, Tableau).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the North Sydney office.
