What you will do

• Produce high-quality documentation including new features, release notes, and API guides.
• Develop deep product knowledge by partnering with SMEs and researching complex cloud security features.
• Contribute to team standards, processes, and best practices for structured authoring.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Advise other writers and participate in collaborative content reviews.
• Integrate AI tools into documentation workflows to drive quality and velocity.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, containerization, orchestration, and serverless technologies.
• Experience with DITA/XML and structured authoring tools, preferably OxygenXML Editor.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Demonstrated ability in topic-based authoring and information architecture.
• Excellent writing skills with a conversational yet professional tone.

Nice to have

• Experience writing deployment and integration documentation for technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience using a Component Content Management System (CCMS).
