What you will do

• Develop and enhance AI tooling infrastructure, including MCP implementations and internal AI-enabled CLIs.
• Research and implement high-value AI paved paths and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Troubleshoot complex AI tooling issues across Platform and Product groups.
• Evaluate and trial 3rd party AI tooling to keep the engineering organization at the industry bleeding edge.
• Codify and share technical knowledge through documentation and team presentations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AI tooling ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and/or Go programming languages.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI tooling for software engineering (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and developer tooling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the overall SDLC.
• Ability to implement solutions from technical specifications and collaborate effectively with senior engineers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document technical work clearly.
