What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to drive technical strategy and secure technical wins during the sales cycle.
• Architect end-to-end CAE workflows including geometry preparation, meshing, solver setup, and post-processing.
• Execute advanced proof-of-concept studies to validate simulation accuracy and demonstrate measurable engineering outcomes.
• Deliver high-impact technical presentations and demonstrations reflecting real-world engineering scenarios.
• Lead technical objection handling regarding solver fidelity, scalability, and integration into existing customer ecosystems.
• Collaborate with R&D and product management to communicate industry-specific needs and drive product improvements.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals including solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and materials science.
• Expertise in multi-body dynamics and structural analysis tools such as Adams, Adams-Car, or Romax.
• Experience in CAE solution workflows including linear/nonlinear FEA, fatigue, durability, and CFD applications.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for customer engagements and onsite evaluations.
• Proven track record in technical sales, RFI/RFP responses, and building trusted advisor relationships with engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of numerical methods, solver formulations, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
