What you will do

• Lead the full product development lifecycle for Hardware NPI projects from concept to mass production.
• Manage cross-functional execution across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and packaging engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, risk assessments, and budget management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including ODM/OEM manufacturers and suppliers.
• Drive engineering build planning, issue tracking, yield improvement, and validation testing.
• Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements before launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Hardware NPI Project Management, Product Development, or Engineering Program Management.
• Strong experience managing consumer electronics or hardware product development from concept to mass production.
• Familiarity with hardware development processes including EVT, DVT, PVT, tooling, and manufacturing ramp-up.
• Excellent project planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive alignment across global teams and external manufacturing partners.

Nice to have

• Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE) background.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or structured product development methodologies.
• Experience in gaming peripherals, smart devices, or related hardware products.
• Familiarity with regulatory and reliability requirements for global product launches.
