What you will do

• Manage the full client onboarding cycle to ensure a successful start.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align solutions with client objectives.
• Negotiate and close complex B2B deals with senior decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to support partner needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and profitability metrics.
• Strategic thinker capable of managing a diverse portfolio.
