What you will do
- Lead and mentor a senior-heavy engineering team focused on reusable libraries and shared platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and QA teams to establish and enforce shared engineering standards.
- Drive the adoption of modern CI/CD, deployment, and scaling practices across the organization.
- Act as a Level 4 escalation point for complex production issues, coordinating resolution across multiple teams.
- Champion secure application development and compliance within the SDLC.
- Develop change management strategies to improve developer productivity and reduce cross-team friction.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with availability aligned to Eastern Time.
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade software in cloud-hosted environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, RESTful APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
