What you will do
- Coordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities to ensure compliance with design intent and technical standards.
- Review and validate design drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for constructability.
- Manage on-site interfaces between electrical systems and other disciplines like Mechanical and Controls.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and support schedule recovery planning for electrical packages.
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and testing throughout installation and commissioning phases.
- Support integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure complete verification of electrical systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing electrical delivery in data centre or mission-critical projects.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and power conditioning systems.
- Proven commissioning (CX) expertise across MV/LV power systems.
- Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage.
- Experience with project reporting and scheduling tools.
