What you will do

• Build and maintain iOS-specific development tooling, including simulator setup and CLI tools.
• Develop and enhance mobile test automation frameworks for synthetic and integration testing.
• Design and implement CI/CD quality gating to proactively detect regressions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify fragmented mobile workflows.
• Define and codify mobile testing best practices across the organization.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
• Proven expertise in modern iOS development, including Swift, concurrency, and reactive programming.
• Experience with CI/CD systems, build pipelines, and mobile development tooling like Fastlane or Gradle.
• Strong foundation in computer science and software engineering practices.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and implement technical solutions independently.
• Experience with cross-platform testing frameworks and automation patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with device farm solutions like BrowserStack.
• Familiarity with cross-platform or hybrid development approaches such as React Native.
