Solutions Architect (NoSQL): Driving pre-sales technical engagements for a high-performance real-time database platform with an accent on architecting tailored solutions for enterprise clients. Focus on performing proof-of-concepts, evangelizing technology, and bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and business outcomes.

Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

• Qualify technical requirements and architect solutions for customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to progress and close complex deals.
• Execute proof-of-concepts to demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Evangelize the platform at industry events and meetups.
• Provide feedback to product management based on customer insights.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 7+ years of experience in database technology (NoSQL, Relational, Distributed, MPP).
• Proven experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role.
• Strong coding skills in Java, C/C++, Python, or Go.
• Deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Flink, or Pulsar.
• Experience with Graph or Vector databases.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations.
• Infrastructure knowledge including networking, CPUs, and memory.
