What you will do
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage SMB clients in the DACH region.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to tailor product solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMB clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline management in the CRM.
Requirements
- Fluent in German is mandatory.
- Proven track record in outbound sales or account management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach software like Salesforce or Outreach IO.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
