What you will do

• Design and develop Payment Processing Gateway and other server-side products using BDD and Continuous Delivery.
• Act as a technical leader by training, mentoring, and motivating team members.
• Optimize software development processes, methodologies, and tools through automation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery of features.
• Lead project planning, estimation, and communication of status while resolving technical issues.
• Manage the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis through to production release.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent commercial experience in C#, Java, or other OO languages.
• Proven experience in server-side product development and database design.
• Deep knowledge of Design Patterns, Refactoring, and OO Design.
• Experience working in Agile (SCRUM or Lean Kanban) environments.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams.
• Eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent and full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Frontend skills including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging systems.
• Experience with .Net development on Windows.
