What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM functions, including Sales, Presales, and Customer Success in Japan.
• Partner with the Japan Country Head and global GTM leaders to shape regional hiring strategies.
• Use data and market insights to track pipeline health and influence stakeholder decisions.
• Develop scalable sourcing plans to attract top-tier talent for high-volume and complex roles.
• Collaborate with global recruiting teams in EMEA and North America to align on international initiatives.
• Enhance the local employer brand in Japan through engagement efforts and events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record of hiring for GTM roles, specifically in Sales and Marketing.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Strong strategic mindset with a grasp of data-driven recruiting practices.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and global teams.
