What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the feature team backlog, including user stories, bugs, and feature toggles.
• Collect, challenge, and document requirements, creating detailed user flows and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor delivery and scrum metrics to ensure efficient sprint execution and release management.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to resolve blockers.
• Perform post-release analysis and create dashboards to track product performance.
• Validate and facilitate new product ideas to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and basic technical concepts.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and analytical tools like Mixpanel or Power BI.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Belgrade, Serbia.
• English proficiency required for all documentation and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fintech or online trading industry.
• Familiarity with OLAP systems or Lucidchart for process mapping.
