What you will do

• Perform proactive outreach via calls and emails to patients who are hesitating or at risk of dropping off their treatment plans.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to provide clear, reassuring, and evidence-based guidance on treatments.
• Identify and resolve logistical or informational barriers that prevent patients from starting or continuing care.
• Strictly adhere to clinical, operational, and regulatory protocols while maintaining human engagement.
• Analyze patient hesitation patterns and provide feedback to improve the overall patient experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa.
• Prior experience in high-touch patient/customer communication, consultative sales, or outbound healthcare/wellness roles.
• Confidence in initiating conversations with skeptical or unresponsive patients.
• Strong process discipline and ability to master complex clinical workflows.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (9:00 to 23:00 SAST) including alternating weekends.
• Reliable, uninterrupted internet, power, and access to your own laptop.
