TL;DR

Focus on end-to-end release management, first-party/storefront submissions, and proactive risk/trade-off analysis to meet creative, commercial, and quality expectations.

hirify.global is a games publisher building a Steam-focused portfolio and partnering closely with creative teams.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with external development partners, aligning on creative vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Define production frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures; identify blockers, dependencies, and risks early.
  • Maintain visibility across assigned projects with accurate schedules, delivery forecasts, and clear status reporting.
  • Oversee end-to-end release management across development, QA, localisation, marketing, and platform holders.
  • Coordinate platform holder/storefront submissions, ensuring compliance, certification readiness, and submission timelines.
  • Own post-launch plans (patches, updates, live support) and capture learnings to improve future releases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a producer in game development or publishing.
  • Experience working with external studios across multiple projects and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle.
  • Experience handling first-party submissions and platform holder/storefront submission processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • High proficiency with industry-standard production tools, workflows, and documentation; clear written and verbal communication.
