What you will do

• Own end-to-end month-end preparation, including accuracy checks and variance analysis for the site.
• Coordinate annual budget and re-forecast cycles in collaboration with department heads.
• Maintain product costing by ensuring accuracy of bill of materials and bill of labour data.
• Act as the primary financial co-pilot for factory management to guide decisions and track KPIs like waste and labor efficiency.
• Build robust business cases for new investments and develop efficient financial working methods.
• Support group-wide finance projects and explore opportunities to implement AI tools.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a manufacturing or operational finance environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, and logic building).
• Professional fluency in English for daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally between the factory floor and central finance teams.
• Strong analytical skills with an organized and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work autonomously in an evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using Oracle.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Board or Looker.
