What you will do
- Execute brand marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns tailored to the Japanese market and business priorities.
- Manage social media operations, including content localization, scheduling, community monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute online and offline community events, brand activations, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional, global, PR, compliance, and product teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide optimization recommendations.
- Track and report campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with strong expertise in brand marketing and campaign execution.
- Native-level written and verbal Japanese communication skills.
- Business-level English proficiency for collaboration with global stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in social media operations and 3+ years in event planning and logistics.
- Deep understanding of the Japan market, local consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Must be based in Japan to support local marketing operations.
