What you will do

• Own board-level design for large-scale, multi-board hardware systems for IC testers.
• Execute end-to-end hardware development from concept through design, test, manufacture, and customer release.
• Design complex high-speed digital, analog, power, FPGA, and ASIC-based circuitry.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Perform root cause analysis and solve complex design issues for mission-critical applications.
• Develop scalable, high-quality production hardware solutions through collaborative processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware and board design with ownership of complex systems.
• Expertise in high-speed interconnects (DDR, PCIe, USB, SerDes) and PCB design techniques.
• Deep understanding of signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed multifunctional teams.
• Must be located in or be able to work onsite in San Jose, CA.
