What you will do

  • Support fleet standardization and sourcing by gathering requirements, comparing quotes, and tracking purchase orders.
  • Coordinate asset commissioning, including scheduling upfits, telematics, and aligning deployment with operations teams.
  • Maintain fleet system documentation, managing asset master data and lifecycle reporting on spend and utilization.
  • Ensure regulatory and safety standards through audit preparation, training coordination, and documentation review.
  • Manage external vendor relationships, validate invoices, and track warranties or recalls.
  • Assist in lifecycle governance, including replacement planning, decommissioning, and registration renewals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and able to work from the Overland Park, KS office.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in DOT and/or Fleet administration.
  • 4–7 years of experience in asset management, logistics, or procurement support preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency with CMMS, fleet management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
