What you will do

• Own the Plan-Fact review cycle across regions and commercial teams to identify profitability deviations.
• Drive root-cause diagnostics and build corrective action plans in collaboration with Cluster Managers and Regional Directors.
• Monitor Cost of Sales drivers and develop actionable profitability reporting frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on margin improvement and operational efficiency.
• Optimize partner economics, payment conditions, and commercial profitability.
• Establish scalable governance processes for revenue and margin management, supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue performance management and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to diagnose the business context behind performance deviations.
• Experience driving execution and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to partner effectively with FP&A, Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
