What you will do
- Own the Plan-Fact review cycle across regions and commercial teams to identify profitability deviations.
- Drive root-cause diagnostics and build corrective action plans in collaboration with Cluster Managers and Regional Directors.
- Monitor Cost of Sales drivers and develop actionable profitability reporting frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on margin improvement and operational efficiency.
- Optimize partner economics, payment conditions, and commercial profitability.
- Establish scalable governance processes for revenue and margin management, supporting budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
- Experience in revenue performance management and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to diagnose the business context behind performance deviations.
- Experience driving execution and accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to partner effectively with FP&A, Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
