What you will do

• Develop and present comprehensive sales proposals including cost estimates and bid preparation.
• Review customer RFQ packages against internal legal guidelines to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
• Establish bidding strategies and attend pre-bid conferences.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments, subcontractors, and customers.
• Create and manage project schedules and cost evaluations for bid preparation.
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-10+ years of experience in the hydropower or similar energy/industrial sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of proposal development and estimating procedures.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and balance technical needs with project economics.
• Excellent communication skills for discussing product and pricing issues with customers.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
