What you will do

  • Own product strategy and execution for the flagship Superspace platform, balancing customer value and business impact.
  • Lead a cross-functional pod of product designers and engineers to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Shape AI-native workflows that combine human expertise, AI agents, and proprietary data.
  • Establish prioritization frameworks to ensure resources are focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations and Services teams to improve workflows and drive measurable business results.
  • Influence product strategy in collaboration with senior leaders and the executive team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in Senior or Staff-level roles.
  • Experience leading complex B2B, platform, marketplace, AI, or workflow products.
  • Deep curiosity and hands-on experience working with AI-powered products and workflows.
  • Ability to confidently discuss architecture, AI capabilities, and implementation trade-offs with technical teams.
  • Proven track record of using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
