What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial statements by contract and business unit.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and business planning processes.
• Analyze site-level profitability, cost drivers, and key performance indicators.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve overall financial performance.
• Assist with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and GL review.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or currently working toward it.
• Experience in contract or operations-based environments.
• Proficiency with reporting and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
