What you will do

• Design and implement security baselines and hardening standards for Windows client and server operating systems.
• Administer and optimize endpoint security tooling, including EDR/XDR and threat detection solutions.
• Manage IAM controls, including authentication, authorization, and privileged access policies.
• Architect network security controls across on-premises and cloud environments, including proxy and web gateway solutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cyber defense teams to ensure a consistent security posture.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and develop remediation planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX
• At least 8+ years of experience in Windows platform security or a related role.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS hardening, GPO, and security benchmarks.
• Strong understanding of IAM solutions, including MFA, PIM, and authentication protocols.
• Experience securing hybrid cloud environments and managing network security fundamentals.
• Proficiency in influencing technical teams and communicating complex security concepts.
